Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Hotel Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hotel located in Kalagarh, near Jim Corbett. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the hospitality industry, excellent guest-handling skills, and the ability to independently manage hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise the overall day-to-day operations of the hotel.
- Ensure smooth functioning of front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, guest services, and maintenance coordination.
- Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, requests, complaints, and overall guest experience.
- Coordinate and manage client/company visits and guest stays.
- Ensure rooms, common areas, and hotel facilities are maintained to required standards.
- Supervise hotel staff, allocate duties, and monitor employee performance.
- Handle staff scheduling, attendance, discipline, and daily operational requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hotel-related requirements.
- Monitor inventory, housekeeping supplies, food & beverage requirements, and other operational expenses.
- Maintain proper records, reports, and daily operational updates for management.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety standards, hygiene, and service quality.




- Identify operational issues and take timely corrective action.
- Coordinate regularly with the Noida corporate office and provide updates regarding hotel operations.
- Support management in improving guest satisfaction and overall hotel performance.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in the Hospitality / Hotel / Resort industry.
- Previous experience as a Hotel Manager / Assistant Hotel Manager / Operations Manager / Resort Manager will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations and guest management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good leadership and team-management abilities.
- Ability to handle guest complaints and operational challenges professionally.
- Candidates from hotel, resort, hospitality, or tourism-related backgrounds are preferred.
- Candidate must be comfortable relocating to and staying at the hotel in Kalagarh, near Jim Corbett.
- Flexibility to work according to hotel operational requirements.

Location & Working Arrangement

- Corporate Office: Noida, Sector 135
- Actual Work Location: Hotel in Kalagarh, Uttarakhand, near Jim Corbett
- The selected candidate will be required to relocate to Kalagarh and manage the hotel operations from the property.
- Accommodation/stay arrangements can be discussed as per company policy.

Salary: Competitive / As per experience and last CTC
