**Position:** Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

**Salary:** ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle customer relationships and provide post-sales support.

* Follow up with customers for outstanding payments and collections.

* Meet customers in person to resolve payment, documentation, and service-related matters.

* Coordinate with banks for loan processing and disbursement.

* Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution.

* Maintain customer records, collection data, and MIS reports.

* Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Legal, and Project teams for seamless customer service.

Requirements:





* 3–5 years of experience in Real Estate CRM or Collections.

* Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.

* Knowledge of collections, banking processes, customer documentation, and post-sales activities.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
