We are looking for a Junior Business Development Executive to help identify potential US-based clients and generate recent staffing opportunities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and an interest in sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential staffing clients in the US.
- Find HR managers, hiring managers, and other decision-makers.
- Send introductory emails and follow up with prospects.
- Understand client hiring needs and staffing requirements.
- Maintain lead and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with the recruiting team to develop new client opportunities.
Pay: ₹10,098.16 - ₹25,616.28 per month
Work Location: In person
