Job Description: Technical Skills & Experience

- Solid knowledge of the Linux operating system
- Good working knowledge of commonly used Linux utilities
- Ability to read, write, and troubleshoot Linux shell scripts
- Basic understanding of communication protocols such as SFTP, HTTP, and HTTPS
- Python programming skills are a big plus
- Experience troubleshooting software and production process issues
- Experience with relational databases, preferably Oracle, is a plus
- Basic SQL knowledge is a plus
- Familiarity with job scheduling tools such as cron is a plus
- Experience working with log files and identifying root causes of failures
- Basic understanding of file transfer, automation, and ETL processes is a plus

Qualifications: Bachelor�s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Advanced certifications in cloud or DevOps are a plus. 3-6 years of experience in platform engineering or DevOps.
