Immediate Joiner

Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as per business requirements.Collect, consolidate, and validate data from different departments to ensure accuracy and completeness.Create and maintain Excel reports, trackers, dashboards, and performance sheets.Monitor and update key KPI, productivity, sales, operations, inventory, and performance reports like visibility, Wastage, other tasks follow up.Perform data analysis, reconciliation, and variance analysis to identify discrepancies and trends.Prepare daily performance reports and management summaries within defined timelines.Maintain master data and ensure regular updating of MIS databases and trackers.Use Advanced Excel functions, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS,



and conditional formatting for data analysis and reporting.Coordinate with different teams for data collection, verification, and timely report submission.Prepare RCA and performance analysis reports for identified gaps and deviations.Generate ad-hoc reports and data analysis as required by management.Ensure data confidentiality, accuracy, and timely reporting across all MIS activities.Support management in decision-making through accurate and actionable data insights.
