Key Roles and Responsibilities for Finance Coordinator – Mahindra Authorized Sales Showroom

- Coordinate with customers for vehicle loan and finance requirements.
- Collect and verify KYC, income proof, bank statements, address proof, and other required documents.
- Submit loan applications to banks and NBFC finance partners and follow up for approval.
- Coordinate with bank/NBFC representatives regarding loan eligibility, interest rates, schemes, and documentation.
- Track loan applications from submission to sanction and disbursement.
- Follow up with customers for pending documents and additional requirements.
- Coordinate with Sales Consultants, Accounts, and Delivery Teams to ensure timely vehicle delivery.
- Maintain daily records of finance applications, approvals, rejections, pending cases,



and disbursements.
- Prepare daily and monthly finance MIS reports and submit them to the Sales Manager/Management.
- Ensure proper finance documentation, customer communication, confidentiality, and compliance with showroom and finance company procedures.
