Al Akbar Foundation is seeking an experienced NGO Operations & Programs Manager.

Responsibilities:

Manage NGO operations, programs, teams and volunteers. Represent the Foundation in corporate, CSR, donor and institutional meetings. Develop fundraising and CSR partnerships. Handle proposals, presentations, documentation and official communication.

Requirements:

NGO sector experience is mandatory.

Excellent English communication is mandatory.

Solid professional presence and presentation skills.

Experience in NGO operations, fundraising, CSR or partnerships.

Strong networking and negotiation skills.

Willingness to travel for meetings and field work.

Salary: Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 1,00,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Initial one-month assessment period.



Final compensation will be decided based on performance and suitability.

Performance-based incentives may be offered.

Work Mode: Remote initially, with meetings and field visits as required.
