Job Title: Store Officer

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Officer to manage day-to-day store and warehouse activities, including material receiving, storage, inventory control, material issue, documentation, and stock reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive and verify incoming materials against purchase orders, delivery challans, and invoices.
- Inspect materials for quantity, quality, and physical condition.
- Prepare and maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and other store documents.
- Properly store and label materials according to the company’s storage system.
- Issue materials to departments/projects against approved material requisitions.
- Maintain accurate stock registers and inventory records.
- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and report shortages.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Maintain proper documentation for material inward and outward movements.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts, Projects, and Site teams regarding material requirements.
- Ensure proper handling and preservation of materials to prevent damage or loss.




- Maintain housekeeping and safety standards within the store.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory and stock reports.
- Use ERP / MS Excel for inventory management and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and store-control policies.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate / Diploma in any relevant field.
- 2–5 years of experience in stores, warehouse, or inventory management.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/software-based inventory systems.
- Valuable documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
