- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance production efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of galvanizing technicians and operators, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Manage inventory, equipment maintenance, and supply chain logistics for the galvanizing department.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and sales teams to align galvanizing processes with customer requirements.
- Conduct performance analysis and implement corrective actions to address operational challenges.
Pay: From ₹350,000.00 per year
