Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong customer relationship skills, and a positive attitude toward sales.

You will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their requirements, promoting our products/services, and converting leads into sales.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain products/services and communicate offers clearly.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Follow up with leads and potential customers.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.




- Strong customer relationship and customer-handling skills.
- Confident, positive, and friendly personality.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in telesales, telecalling, customer service, or sales is an advantage.
