Job Title: Service Engineer
Location: Surat, Gujarat
Experience: 3–5 Years
Qualification: BE/ Diploma Mechanical Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

- Installation, erection, validation and commissioning of machines.
- Handle on-site troubleshooting, servicing and machine repairs.
- Attend customer complaints and provide technical support.
- Conduct machine inspection, maintenance and safety checks.
- Provide customer training and ensure timely resolution of service issues.
- Prepare service reports and maintain records through the company application.
- Coordinate with internal teams and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage spare parts/equipment required for service work.

Required Skills: Machine knowledge, strong troubleshooting skills, machine erection & commissioning experience, and valuable reporting/application knowledge.
