Key Responsibilities

* Install and configure software applications on desktops, laptops, and POS systems.

* Troubleshoot application installation, configuration, login, performance, and compatibility issues.

* Install application updates, patches, drivers, and required supporting software.

* Configure applications according to customer and system requirements.

* Diagnose software and operating-system-related issues and provide timely solutions.

* Support POS applications and related software at customer locations or remotely.

* Coordinate with technical, TRC, and Field Engineering teams for complex issues.

* Guide users on basic application usage and troubleshooting.

* Maintain records of software installations, issues, resolutions, and system configurations.

* Ensure applications are properly tested and functional after installation or troubleshooting.

* Escalate recurring or unresolved application issues to the appropriate technical team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
