Accounts and finance:

1) Handling accounts payable and receivable functions

2) Preparation of invoices and e-way bills

3) Follow up with customers for receivables and managing vendor payments

4) Handling petty cash

5) Reconcile bank statements

6) Statutory compliance (GST & TDS)

7) Preparation MIS report and Cash flow statement

8) Preparation of Daily Reports

9) Tally entries – Purchases, sales, receipt, payment, journal etc

10) Placing purchase orders with vendors

11) Employee reimbursements voucher management

2-8 years of experience is required
