About the Prospect

We are looking for an energetic and commercially focused Sales & Marketing Executive / Assistant with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in the liquor / alcoholic beverage industry.

This is a field-oriented role for someone who enjoys meeting distributors and retailers, developing markets, building business relationships, promoting brands, and driving sales.

What You Will Do Sales & Market Development

- Support sales activities for the company's alcoholic beverage brands.
- Coordinate with liquor distributors, dealers, retailers, and sales representatives.
- Follow up on orders, stock availability, product movement, and sales.
- Support the team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct regular market visits and identify new sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retail partners.
- Identify new markets, outlets, and potential business opportunities.
- Monitor product availability, visibility, and market movement.
- Support expansion of distribution and market penetration.

Distributor & Retailer Management

- Maintain regular communication with distributors and retailers.
- Track orders, stock levels, sales, outstanding requirements, and product movement.
- Understand distributor requirements and market demand.
- Coordinate with distributors to ensure smooth product availability.
- Assist in resolving distributor and retailer-related issues.
- Maintain updated distributor, retailer, order, and market databases.

Brand Marketing & Promotions

- Support marketing and promotional activities for alcoholic beverage brands.




- Assist with permitted brand activations, events, tastings, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with promoters, agencies, distributors, and internal teams.
- Support new product launches and market introduction activities.
- Help improve brand visibility and presence within permitted channels.
- Monitor competitor brands, pricing, availability, promotions, and market activities.

Market Research & Reporting

- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis.
- Track competitor products, pricing, distribution, and market presence.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track sales performance against targets.
- Prepare MIS, Excel reports, and management presentations.
- Provide regular updates on market conditions, distributor performance, and business opportunities.

Compliance & Coordination

- Ensure all sales and promotional activities comply with applicable liquor laws, licensing requirements, state regulations, company policies, and responsible alcohol marketing guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth sales and marketing execution.
- Maintain proper sales, distributor, and market documentation.

Who We Are Looking For

- 2–3 years of relevant experience in the alcoholic beverage / liquor industry.
- Experience with spirits, liquor companies, breweries, wineries, or alcoholic beverage distributors is preferred.
- Good understanding of liquor sales and distribution channels.
- Experience dealing with distributors, dealers, retailers, or field sales teams.
- Good knowledge of the local liquor market and retail structure.




- Good spoken English and fluency in the local language for effective market communication.
- Strong communication, negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-management skills.
- Comfortable with field work and regular market visits.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MIS, reporting, email, and basic computer applications.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and commercially minded.
- Able to work independently as well as with a sales team.
- Immediate joiners / candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who already understands the liquor business and can start contributing with minimum basic training.

You should understand the movement of products from:

Company → Distributor → Dealer/Retailer → Market → Consumer

You should be comfortable with field visits, distributor coordination, sales follow-ups, market development, competitor tracking, reporting, and brand promotion.

Only candidates with relevant alcoholic beverage / liquor industry experience will be considered.
