Good to have skills:

- Understanding of Multi-agent AI (LangChain / CrewAI / AutoGen) frameworks; AI Orchestration Platforms
- SAP S/4HANA or Oracle Fusion Finance functional knowledge
- Process Mining (Celonis / Signavio); RPA (UiPath / Automation Anywhere etc)
- Cloud platforms (MS Azure / AWS / GCP) and API integration patterns
- Exposure to 1 or more Enabling Tech Tools

Experience: 11-16 years

Educational Qualification: CA / CPA / MBA Finance / B.Tech / B.E / Bachelors in Data Science - Tier 1 institute

Job Summary:

Deep cross-tower Finance process transformation expert in Finance Ops - OTC/RTR/PTP/FP&A;/Tax/Treasury with AI strategy and value architecture experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Demonstrated experience of implementing AI use cases, reinventing end to end processes leveraging AI.
- Experience in assessments to identify AI use-cases and value framing; connecting agentic solutions to measurable KPIs.
- Agentic AI Design & Implementation in Finance: Deep understanding of multi-agent orchestration, roadmap creation, human-in-the-loop design; lead teams/pods in rapid prototyping.
- Solution Design & Workflow Architecture:



Automation & Integration Exposure with Value Case Development experience.
- AI-Enabled Operating Model Design: Design of Future Finance Op model with human+ Gen/Agentic AI agents.
- AI Fluency at scale: GenAI, LLMs, RAG pipelines, Prompt Engineering, AI governance, responsible AI and auditability.
- Program Leadership: Multi-workstream programmes across Finance, Tech, and Change.
- Stakeholder & Executive Client Relationship Management.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- CA / CPA / MBA Finance / B.Tech / B.E / Bachelors in Data Science - Tier 1 institute.
