Job Title Airtable Administrator Platform Support Analyst

Experience

5-8years of overall IT administration experience

4 years of Airtable administration and support

2 years supporting LowCodeNoCode platforms

Role Summary

The Airtable Administrator will be responsible for Airtable platform administration user access management license governance platform support and new usecase intake The role will work closely with business security architecture and compliance teams to ensure secure compliant and efficient use of the Airtable platform

Key Responsibilities

Manage user onboarding offboarding access requests and license allocation

Apply leastprivilege access principles and maintain access governance

Support Airtable workspaces interfaces forms automations and integrations

Assess and triage new Airtable use cases including data classification PII AI usage integrations external users and ownership

Route requests through appropriate governance processes Security Privacy EA iRisk etc

Perform periodic license reviews inactive user cleanup and workspace governance checks

Monitor platform adoption utilization and compliance with organizational policies

Provide L1L2 platform support troubleshooting and enduser guidance

Maintain documentation approvals audit records and administrative activities

Coordinate with Airtable vendor support and internal stakeholders for issue resolution

Experience supporting enterprise SaaS platforms

Exposure to AI governance and enterprise architecture processes
