Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable, high-energy Dispatch Supervisor to oversee all logistics and outgoing product distribution for our high-volume commissary kitchen. In this role, you will manage daily packing lists, coordinate delivery driver routes, enforce strict temperature control and food safety guidelines, and ensure that every order leaves our facility accurately and on schedule.

This role requires maximum schedule flexibility, as operations run around the clock to support early morning and late night delivery windows.

Key Responsibilities

- Shift & Logistics Management: Direct daily dispatch operations, staging outbound orders, and coordinating route assignments for delivery drivers.
- Order Accuracy & Quality Control: Perform final checks on packed orders to guarantee complete accuracy, proper packaging,



and strict adherence to food safety standards (including temperature logging during staging and loading).
- Schedule Flexibility: Work energetic schedules, including early morning start times, late-night shifts, weekends, and holidays as operational needs dictate.
- Driver Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers, managing load-in, route timing, delay troubleshooting, and return logistics.
- Inventory & Documentation: Maintain digital and physical dispatch logs, track outgoing crate/container inventory, and report fulfillment discrepancies to kitchen management immediately.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the loading/staging area to improve order turn-around time and minimize transit delays.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
