Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and result-oriented Marketing Executive to drive marketing campaigns, generate leads, strengthen brand visibility, and support student enrolment initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns.
- Generate and manage leads through digital and offline channels.
- Support student acquisition and enrolment activities.
- Explore new marketing and promotional opportunities.

Digital Marketing & Social Media

- Manage social media platforms and content.
- Coordinate posts, reels, videos, and promotional campaigns.
- Support Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital campaigns.
- Track social media and campaign performance.

Events & Brand Promotion

- Promote courses, workshops, bootcamps, and events.
- Support event planning and execution.
- Coordinate with designers and content creators for marketing materials.

Marketing Analytics & Reporting

- Track leads, campaigns, engagement, and conversions.
- Prepare marketing performance reports.




- Analyze results and suggest improvements.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1–3+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or related fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of social media and digital marketing.
- Creative and organized with strong execution skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in education, EdTech, or training institutes.
- Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Canva, or similar tools.
- Experience in lead generation and student/customer acquisition.
- Experience promoting events, courses, or workshops.

Compensation

Salary: Competitive and based on experience.
