Senior Captain - Restaurant

North Willow Consulting is hiring a Senior Captain for a reputed restaurant and hospitality client in Kolkata.

We are looking for an experienced restaurant service professional who can supervise floor operations, handle guests and support the Restaurant Manager in ensuring smooth day-to-day service.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise restaurant floor operations
- Take guest orders accurately
- Handle guests professionally and ensure good service
- Coordinate with Captains, Stewards and the kitchen team
- Monitor table service and smooth flow of operations
- Support the Restaurant Manager in day-to-day floor management
- Assist in handling guest queries and service-related issues

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of relevant restaurant service experience
- Previous experience as a Senior Captain/Captain or similar restaurant service role
- Positive knowledge of restaurant floor operations
- Strong guest-handling and communication skills




- Comfortable coordinating and guiding service staff
- Bengali, Hindi and English communication preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred

Job Details

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Rs. 18,000 - Rs. 20,000 per month, in hand
Weekly Off: Rotational
Benefits: Accommodation and Tips/Service Charge
Joining: Immediate
