Job Summary

Jubilee Billing Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented DME Intake Executive with hands-on experience in Brightree software. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the Durable Medical Equipment (DME) intake process, insurance verification, and patient documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Process new DME referrals and patient intake accurately.
- Work on Brightree software for patient registration and order management.
- Verify insurance eligibility and benefits.
- Review prescriptions and required documentation for completeness.
- Coordinate with physicians, patients, and insurance companies to obtain missing information.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
- Follow up on pending referrals and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing.





Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in the DME Intake process.
- Hands-on experience with Brightree software is mandatory.
- Good understanding of U.S. healthcare and DME workflow.
- Knowledge of insurance verification and documentation requirements.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
