- Salary Range: ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience)

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Policy Issuance & Quotations: Generate and issue private car motor insurance quotes, new policies, and renewals across various insurance partner portals.
- Operations & Endorsements: Process policy alterations, endorsements, cancellations, and corrections accurately within set turnaround times (TAT).
- Private Car Expertise: Inspect and evaluate vehicle details, claims history,



IDV (Insured Declared Value), and NCB (No Claim Bonus) applicable for private vehicles.
- Partner & Client Coordination: Coordinate with insurance companies, field agents, or direct customers for required documentation and inspection reports.
- Data Management: Maintain comprehensive daily trackers and records of issued policies, renewals, and pending cases in Excel/CRM systems.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Graduate or Higher Secondary (10+2) qualification.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience in Motor Insurance (Mandatory experience in Private Cars).
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of motor insurance terminology (IDV, NCB, Comprehensive vs Third Party, Add-on covers like Zero Dep, Engine Protect, etc.).
- Computer Proficiency: Positive knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and hands-on familiarity with major insurance company portals.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multi-tasking under deadlines.
