Key Responsibilities:

1. Supplier Relationship Management:

- Acts as the primary point of contact internally and externally for supplier portfolio including all communication, contract negotiation and collaboration.
- Creates business plan for the supplier portfolio including regular business reviews, risks and opportunities management and all activities to grow the relationship.
- Develops and implements strategies to enhance supplier performance, foster mutual trust, and create a win-win environment.
- Foster a team-oriented, results-driven culture and provide guidance to staff in managing supplier relationships effectively.

2. Contract Negotiation and Compliance:

- Leads negotiation of air supplier contracts to maximize revenue and to provide mutual value while managing expenses.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with contract terms, ensuring that suppliers deliver the expected services at agreed-upon standards.
- In collaboration with revenue management team,



is responsible for financial modeling to ensure budget and yield objectives are achieved.
- Review and amend contracts as necessary to ensure alignment with evolving business and market needs.
- Monitoring and quality assurance for performance and payments.

3. Operational Efficiency and Performance Monitoring:

- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance against agreed budget and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Collaborate with operational teams to resolve issues related to supplier performance, process and issue resolution.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization of air supplier revenue.

4. Strategic Planning and Supplier Development:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive supplier strategy that supports business growth, operational goals and budget.
- Identify and develop opportunities within existing supplier relationships to grow supplier revenue.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure alignment on supplier strategy execution and performance.

5. Budget and Cost Management:

- Manage the budget for supplier portfolio, ensuring that revenue goals are achieved.
- Track supplier revenue, performance and payments.
- Ensure supplier payments are made on time and identify opportunities to improve cash flow.
- Operational support for administration of marketing and travel funds, events and incentives.

Market Research and Industry Trends:

- Stay informed of market trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes in the air supply industry.
- Leverage industry insights to proactively identify new suppliers, service offerings, and innovations that can enhance the companys air operations.

7. Team Leadership and Development:

- Identify opportunities to develop efficiencies within the supplier relations team and other internal teams.
- Mentor other supplier team members to enhance skills and foster best in class performance.

Qualifications:

- 15+ years of experience in supplier management, procurement, or supply chain roles within the travel or logistics industries.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

- Proven experience in negotiating supplier contracts, managing complex supplier relationships, and ensuring contract compliance.

- Strong understanding of air, car and hotel supply operations.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

- Experience in managing budgets and achieving cost-saving initiatives.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities and maintaining attention to detail.

- Extensive experience working across the EMEA region, collaborating with diverse markets, and stakeholders to deliver consistent commercial outcomes.

- Experience in content management.

- Understanding of the changing distribution landscape within the industry and challenges that needs to be overcome.
