Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise the team to achieve daily operational targets.
- Allocate tasks and monitor team performance.
- Ensure discipline, attendance, and adherence to company policies.
- Coordinate with management and other departments for smooth operations.
- Resolve day-to-day team issues and maintain a positive work environment.
- Prepare basic daily/weekly performance reports.
- Ensure work is completed efficiently and within the given timelines.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader/Supervisor.
- Good communication and team-handling skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate team members.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting.
- Responsible, disciplined, and target-oriented approach.
