MEP Engineer – Facility / MaintenanceRole Summary

We are looking for an MEP Engineer with 6–8 years of hands-on facility and maintenance experience, preferably in high-rise residential projects. The role will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and coordination of Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, STP, and WTP systems.

Key Responsibilities

MEP Facility & Maintenance

- Manage day-to-day operation and maintenance of MEP systems across high-rise residential towers.
- Ensure smooth functioning of Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, STP, and WTP systems.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of MEP equipment and installations.
- Identify faults and coordinate timely troubleshooting and rectification.

Electrical Systems

- Oversee maintenance of LT panels, transformers, electrical wiring, lighting, power distribution, and pumps.
- Ensure proper functioning of electrical systems and address breakdowns promptly.

Plumbing & Water Systems

- Manage water supply, drainage, plumbing, water lifting pumps, and borewell systems.
- Monitor WTP, STP, and rainwater harvesting systems and coordinate maintenance activities.

Fire Fighting Systems

- Ensure regular inspection and maintenance of fire pumps, hydrants, sprinklers, piping, and other fire-fighting equipment.
- Coordinate testing and rectification of fire-fighting systems.

Team & Contractor Management

- Manage and coordinate electricians, MEP technicians, MST, STP, and WTP operators.
- Coordinate with external contractors, vendors,



and service agencies for maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure timely completion of preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

Customer & Internal Coordination

- Address and resolve customer complaints related to MEP services.
- Coordinate with Civil and Sales/Office teams for MEP-related requirements.
- Maintain professional communication and ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.

Required Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

Mandatory Experience

- 6–8 years of relevant facility/maintenance experience.
- Experience in high-rise residential projects is mandatory.
- Strong hands-on experience in Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems.
- Practical exposure to STP, WTP, pumps, transformers, LT panels, and water systems.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
