Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst – Techno-Functional who can bridge the gap between business requirements and technical teams. The candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements, preparing functional documentation, supporting solution design, coordinating with development and QA teams, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, validate, and document business and functional requirements.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, developers, QA, and project managers.
- Prepare BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, Process Flows, and functional specifications.
- Create and maintain process flows, workflows, wireframes, and requirement documentation.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Work with technical teams to understand solution design, system workflows, APIs, integrations, and databases.
- Support development teams by clarifying requirements and resolving functional queries.
- Participate in UAT, test scenario preparation, requirement validation, and defect/issue tracking.
- Identify functional and technical gaps and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.




- Support different phases of the SDLC, from requirement gathering through implementation.
- Work in Agile/Scrum environments and participate in relevant project meetings.
- Track project requirements, deliverables, and progress to ensure timely completion.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and project documentation.
- Support implementation and post-deployment activities.

Skills Required

- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Techno-Functional Business Analyst.
- Strong experience in Requirement Gathering & Business Process Analysis.
- Hands-on experience with BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, and Process Flows.
- Good understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of SQL, APIs, system integration, and databases.
- Understanding of system design and application workflows.
- Experience with UAT, functional testing, defect tracking, and issue resolution.
- Knowledge of JIRA/ClickUp or similar tools.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualification

- B.Tech / MBA is mandatory.
- Candidates with a technical background and strong business analysis experience will be preferred.

Work Mode

On-Site – Visakhapatnam

Candidates should be comfortable working from the office and collaborating directly with business and technical teams.
