About the Role

As a Campus Lead Intern, you will serve as a key catalyst for Unlox on your campus. In this role, you will lead student outreach, build active peer networks, and drive engagement for Unlox events, programs, and career opportunities. This is an ideal role for proactive, well-connected students looking to sharpen their skills in marketing, community leadership, and business development while earning performance incentives and receiving direct mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

- Network & Community Building: Establish, expand, and manage a vibrant WhatsApp community by sharing invite links across student clubs, peer groups, and batch networks.
- Student Outreach & Engagement: Communicate the value of Unlox programs to drive student participation, skill adoption, and program enrollments.
- Community Management: Act as the primary campus point of contact for your network, answering queries, facilitating discussions, and maintaining an active, supportive environment.
- Campaign & Event Leadership: Spearhead promotional strategies and campaign rollouts for Unlox events and opportunities across your institution.
- Strategic Collaboration:



Partner directly with the Unlox core team to optimize outreach methods, test growth strategies, and maximize campus reach.

Requirements

- Enthusiastic, self-motivated student or recent graduate with strong networking instincts and a passion for peer development.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.

Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per year
