Position: Flutter Developer
Experience: 4+ years overall, with 2+ years of production experience in Flutter/Dart
Location: Remote
Working Hours: Must have overlap with US Central Time for daily stand-up

Key Requirements:

- 4+ years of mobile development experience with at least 2+ years of production Flutter/Dart experience.
- Strong experience in building and maintaining Flutter applications for both iOS and Android.
- Hands-on experience with offline-first applications is the most important requirement.
- Experience with offline data handling, local queuing, background synchronization, and intermittent/poor connectivity.
- Experience with local persistence such as Hive, Drift/SQLite, or secure storage.
- Hands-on experience integrating GPS/geolocation, camera, and device permissions.
- Experience with OAuth2/OIDC authentication; Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) experience is preferred.
- Robust experience in REST API integration, including error handling, retry mechanisms, conflict handling, and preventing duplicate submissions.
- Good knowledge of state management such as Riverpod, Bloc, or Provider.
- Experience with Git,



CI/CD, code reviews, and testing (unit/widget testing).
- Strong written English communication.

Preferred Experience:

- Experience working on applications handling sensitive or regulated data, such as healthcare, education, finance, etc.
- App Store and Google Play submission/review experience.
- Background geolocation and battery/performance optimization.
- Accessibility implementation in Flutter.
- Payment or payout integration experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
