Job Overview

- Role Summary: Combines technical computer-aided drafting (CAD) with general administrative and office support tasks.
- Core Focus: Translating engineering or architectural concepts into 2D/3D blueprints while organizing records, filing documentation, and handling office correspondence.

Key Responsibilities

Drafting Duties

- Create and update precise 2D and 3D technical drawings, layouts, and schematics using AutoCAD Job Description software.
- Revise existing designs based on feedback from engineers, architects, and project managers.
- Ensure all drafts meet appropriate industry regulations, scales, and dimensional standards.

Administrative & Coordination Duties

- Maintain, organize, and archive drawing files, project logs, and revision histories.
- Provide administrative support, including filing, scanning, copying documents, and managing correspondence.




- Coordinate meetings, take notes during technical reviews, and assist in preparing project reports, bills of materials, or proposals.
- Enter data into company management systems and handle document control workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Technical Proficiency: Solid hands-on knowledge of AutoCAD (2D/3D) and familiarity with MS Office Suite.
- Admin Skills: Excellent organizational, time management, and verbal/written communication skills.
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 1 to 3+ years of combined experience in drafting and office administration or project coordination.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
