We are looking for a dynamic Telecaller with basic knowledge in sales and lead conversion. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, explaining software products, and converting leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on leads
- Explain software products and services to customers
- Convert leads into sales through effective communication
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
- Maintain call records and update CRM systems
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain good customer relationships

Required Skills:

- Basic knowledge of sales and lead conversion techniques
- Valuable communication and convincing skills
- Ability to handle objections and close deals
- Basic computer knowledge

Language Requirement:

- Proficiency in Tamil and English (Mandatory)
- Knowledge of Malayalam, Telugu, or Kannada is an added advantage

Experience:

- Fresher or candidates with 0–1 year experience in telecalling or sales

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
