Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager to lead our procurement and vendor management operations at our Manesar facility. You will oversee raw material sourcing, vendor negotiations, cost optimization, and supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage a robust network of reliable vendors for raw materials, electrical panels, and mechanical components.
- Lead contract negotiations, price evaluations, and payment term finalizations to achieve cost optimization.
- Formulate procurement plans aligned with active project timelines and production schedules.
- Maintain rigorous inventory control, monitor stock levels, and coordinate closely with internal stores and accounts teams.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of solid experience in industrial procurement, supply chain, and vendor management.
- Solid negotiation skills, commercial acumen, and familiarity with ERP procurement modules.
- Graduate / Post-Graduate in Supply Chain or Engineering.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
