Experience: 3–5 Years
Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Location: Faridabad, Haryana

Job Responsibilities:

* Manage quality control activities for machine manufacturing and assembly.
* Inspect incoming materials, components, fabricated parts, and finished machines.
* Prepare and maintain inspection and quality records.
* Ensure products are manufactured as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
* Identify defects and coordinate with Production and Engineering teams for corrective action.
* Conduct in-process and final inspection of machines.
* Monitor critical dimensions, fitting, alignment, and assembly quality.
* Maintain rejection, rework, and corrective-action records.
* Coordinate machine testing and trial runs before dispatch.
* Ensure quality standards are followed at every stage of production.




* Support continuous improvement and reduction of rejection/rework.

Required Skills:

* Knowledge of mechanical inspection and machine manufacturing.
* Ability to read engineering drawings and understand tolerances.
* Knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.
* Good documentation and reporting skills.
* Valuable coordination with Production, Design, Purchase, and Stores.

Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical preferred.
