- Drive Sales: Greet walk-in customers, identify their project needs, and guide them toward the right steel doors and Interior Products to meet sales targets.
- Provide Technical Consultation: Explain the benefits of different steel gauges, core insulation materials, fire ratings, and security locking systems in straightforward, easy-to-understand terms.
- Quote & Order Management: Generate accurate price quotes, process retail transactions, and coordinate with the warehouse team for order fulfillment or delivery.
- Showroom Maintenance: Ensure the showroom floor is clean, displays are well-organized, and product brochures or samples are fully stocked.
- Follow-Up: Call back contractors and retail leads to answer questions, finalize pending quotes, and build long-term relationships.
- We are seeking a driven, customer-oriented Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our showroom, helping homeowners, contractors, and builders find the right steel doors, Interior Products and construction supplies for their projects.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,882.99 per month
