Job Purpose

To plan, manage, and execute new showroom construction, renovation, and expansion projects while ensuring timely completion, quality execution, cost control, and smooth coordination with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage recent showroom construction and renovation projects.
- Prepare project schedules, timelines, and work plans.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Monitor civil, electrical, interior, plumbing, signage, and other project works.
- Conduct regular site visits and review project progress.
- Ensure projects are completed within the approved timeline and budget.
- Monitor project costs, materials, and resource requirements.
- Review contractor quotations, work estimates, and project-related expenses.




- Identify and resolve project delays, site issues, and operational challenges.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved designs and quality standards.
- Coordinate with the Operations, Purchase, Finance, and Expansion teams.
- Monitor contractor and vendor performance.
- Prepare regular project status reports for management.
- Ensure proper documentation and project handover.
- Support the successful opening of current Oxygen showrooms.

Qualification B.Tech / B.E. / B.Arch / Diploma

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
