Key Responsibilities

- Handle current product development projects from concept through mass production.
- Study customer requirements, drawings, specifications, and technical standards.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, Quality, Purchase, Tool Room, and other departments for product development.
- Prepare and maintain BOM, drawings, specifications, process documents, and technical documentation.
- Develop prototypes and coordinate prototype manufacturing.
- Conduct product trials, testing, validation, and performance evaluation.
- Identify design, manufacturing, and quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Support DFM/DFA (Design for Manufacturing/Assembly) activities.
- Coordinate with suppliers for development of components, tools, fixtures, and samples.
- Conduct design and process reviews during various stages of product development.
- Prepare and maintain APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, and related NPD documents,



where applicable.
- Support development of jigs, fixtures, tooling, and manufacturing processes.
- Analyze development issues using Root Cause Analysis, 5 Why, Fishbone, 8D, etc.
- Ensure products meet customer requirements, quality standards, cost targets, and timelines.
- Track project schedules and ensure timely completion of development activities.
- Support ECN/ECR and engineering change management.
- Provide technical support during product launch and initial production.
- Maintain records of development activities, trial results, lessons learned, and approvals.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
