Baghwar Academy, a CBSE-affiliated English-medium co-educational school in Chanho, Ranchi, is seeking qualified, dedicated and passionate teachers for the following positions:

- PGT: Science & Computer Science
- TGT: English & Sanskrit
- PRT: Primary Level
- Pre-Primary Teacher: Nursery, KG-I & KG-II

The selected teachers will be responsible for delivering engaging, student-centred lessons; preparing lesson plans and teaching resources; conducting assessments; monitoring student progress; maintaining academic records; and providing individual or remedial support where required.

Pre-Primary teachers should be caring, energetic and creative, with the ability to engage young learners through play-based, activity-oriented and age-appropriate teaching methods.

Candidates should have strong subject knowledge, good communication skills, effective classroom management abilities,



professional conduct and a genuine commitment to students' academic development, values and character building. Relevant experience in a CBSE/English-medium school will be preferred. Freshers with excellent subject knowledge and strong teaching aptitude may also be considered.

Teachers are expected to maintain discipline, punctuality and professional standards and actively participate in school assemblies, academic activities, meetings, training programmes and other school initiatives.
