Job Title: Customer Support Executive
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Noida (On-site)
Experience: 2–3 years

Role Overview:

We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving queries and complaints, providing accurate information and ensuring a positive customer experience across all support channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer queries through phone, email, chat and other support channels.
- Understand customer concerns and provide timely, accurate and effective solutions.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and work toward satisfactory resolutions.
- Follow up on open issues and ensure timely closure.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, queries and resolutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Operations and Product Development to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain a professional, empathetic and customer-friendly approach at all times.

Requirements





- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; relevant customer service experience is preferred.
- 2–3 years of experience in customer support, customer service, BPO or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good listening, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle difficult customers calmly and professionally.
- Robust attention to detail and ability to manage multiple customer queries.
- Good time-management and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
