About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Internal Auditor to join our team on a full-time basis. The role involves evaluating internal controls, financial processes, and compliance procedures to help the organization operate efficiently and mitigate risk.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and report on internal audits across departments/functions
- Review and assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, risk

management, and governance processes

- Verify financial records, transactions, and statements for accuracy and compliance
- Identify process gaps, control weaknesses, and areas of financial/operational risk
- Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, observations, and actionable

recommendations

- Follow up on implementation of audit recommendations and corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, statutory requirements, and internal policies




- Coordinate with various departments to gather data and support audit activities
- Assist in developing and updating audit checklists, SOPs, and internal control

frameworks

- Support statutory/external auditors as required

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1–4 years of relevant experience in internal audit, accounts, or finance function
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and audit

procedures

- Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with accounting/ERP software (Tally, SAP, etc.)

preferred

- Strong analytical, observational, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
- Ability to manage multiple audits/tasks within timelines

Positive to Have (Not Mandatory)

- Pursuing or qualified CA / CS (or equivalent) will be considered a strong plus
- Prior experience in an audit firm or internal audit department

What We Offer

- Fixed monthly salary of ₹25,000 – ₹30,000
