Job Description:

Procurement Manger will handle overall Procurement process like Strategic sourcing, Forecasting, conduct research, negotiate with vendors, evaluate bids, analyze data, Develop & implement Procurement strategy.

Procurement Strategy & Planning

- Define procurement strategies for timely, cost-effective, and quality-driven material acquisition

- Optimize inventory management by determining bulk vs. on-demand purchasing based on project needs

- Develop and oversee procurement execution plans covering purchasing, logistics, shipping, and inspections

Supplier Management & Negotiation

- Identify and evaluate suppliers based on project requirements, credit terms, and performance metrics





- Build long-term relationships with key suppliers and negotiate contracts and credit terms

- Continuously assess supplier performance to ensure reliability and quality

Operational Procurement & Coordination

- Process purchase orders and manage the flow of goods to meet production timelines

- Collaborate with Quantity Surveyors, Project, and Accounts teams to align procurement with project priorities

- Ensure accurate cost calculations, invoice allocations, and order status tracking

Inventory & Cost Control

- Monitor inventory levels and consumption patterns to avoid shortages or overstocking

- Approve bills, track requisitions, and maintain purchasing records and reports

- Analyze and review purchase comparisons for cost-effective decision-making.
