Key Responsibilities :

- B2B Lead Generation: Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective pharmaceutical companies and healthcare brands to offer contract manufacturing and third-party production services.
- Capability Pitching: Clearly communicate the company's manufacturing strengths, including available formulation lines (e.g., tablets, capsules, injectables, syrups), production capacities, and critical quality certifications (such as WHO-GMP, GLP, and ISO).
- Client Coordination: Respond to initial inquiries by sharing product lists, minimum order quantity (MOQ) requirements, lead times, and preliminary commercial quotations.
- Follow-up & Appointment Setting: Nurture early-stage leads through consistent follow-ups and schedule detailed technical or commercial discussions between the prospect and internal management.
- Database Management: Build, maintain, and update daily call logs, prospect requirements, and follow-up schedules in the CRM or sales tracking system.

Core Competencies :

- Pharma Manufacturing Literacy:



Familiarity with third-party manufacturing terminology, including MOQs, batch sizes, packaging types (blister vs. alu-alu), and standard lead times.
- B2B Persuasion Skills: Strong outbound sales abilities with the tact to bypass gatekeepers and engage directly with procurement heads, supply chain managers, or business owners.
- Quality & Compliance Awareness: An understanding of industry-standard quality certifications to build trust and assure prospective clients of product safety and regulatory compliance.
- Clear & Qualified Communication: Excellent telephone etiquette and the ability to articulate B2B service offerings concisely and confidently.
- Tenacity & Organization: High resilience to manage rejection, coupled with a highly organized approach to tracking leads and executing long-term follow-up strategies.
