Role Overview

We are looking for a Merchandiser – Stock & Replenishment to take end-to-end ownership

of inventory availability, allocation and replenishment across all business channels —

Stores, Website, Marketplace and Exhibitions. The role will ensure the right products are

available in the right quantities, at the right location and at the right time, based on sales,

demand and channel requirements.

Key Responsibilities

 Monitor SKU-wise inventory, sales, stock cover and availability across Stores, Website,

Marketplace and Exhibitions on a daily basis.

 Identify upcoming stock-outs, excess stock, slow-moving and non-moving inventory

across every channel.

 Own the complete replenishment cycle across all channels — identify requirements,

determine quantities and priorities, initiate replenishment, track dispatch and ensure

stock reaches the required location/channel within the defined timeline.

 Own and publish SKU-wise replenishment plans for Stores, Website, Marketplace and

Exhibitions based on sales velocity, stock cover, demand trends, seasonality, upcoming

campaigns/exhibitions and availability targets.

 Plan initial allocation and subsequent reallocation of inventory across Stores, Website,

Marketplace and Exhibitions based on demand, sales potential, stock cover, channel

performance and business priorities.

 Ensure adequate inventory is maintained for the Website and Marketplace while

balancing stock requirements with physical Stores and upcoming Exhibitions.

 Plan inventory requirements for exhibitions, including pre-event allocation,





replenishment during the exhibition and stock movement back to the appropriate

channel/location after the event.

 Coordinate with Warehouse, Stores, Production, Purchase, Marketplace, Website and

relevant channel teams to ensure timely availability of required stock.

 Recommend and coordinate inter-store and inter-channel stock transfers based on

demand, stock cover, channel performance and immediate business requirements.

 Track production, purchase and incoming stock against replenishment requirements

and timelines across all channels.

 Maintain an open replenishment tracker covering every channel and follow up on each

requirement until closure and physical receipt at the required location.

 Proactively identify and escalate stock-out risks, supply delays, production gaps,

warehouse constraints and channel-level inventory imbalances, along with

recommended corrective actions.

 Ensure corrective actions, transfers and replenishment requirements are implemented

and closed within agreed timelines.

 Maintain accurate inventory and replenishment data across channels and provide

regular inventory health, availability and replenishment reports to management.

 Work closely with channel teams to understand upcoming launches, campaigns,

promotions,



exhibitions and sales requirements and build stock plans accordingly.

Candidate Profile

 5-7 years of experience in merchandising, inventory planning, replenishment or retail

operations.

 Strong Excel / Google Sheets and analytical skills.

 Experience managing inventory across multiple stores and sales channels.

 Experience working with e-commerce / marketplace inventory and physical retail;

exhibition or event inventory experience is an advantage.

 Strong understanding of stock allocation, replenishment, stock cover and inventory

movement.

 Robust coordination, follow-up and problem-solving abilities.

 Retail / fashion / apparel experience preferred.

Core expectation: This role is accountable for the availability of inventory across the entire

business — Stores, Website, Marketplace and Exhibitions. The person must own the full

replenishment process from requirement identification and quantity planning through

allocation, coordination, dispatch tracking and ensuring stock reaches the required location

or channel on time.

Pay: ₹1,300,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
