Job Title: Accounts Executive (Fresher)

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive Fresher to join our finance team. In this role, you will manage day-to-day accounting tasks, maintain accurate financial records, and support the senior finance team. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent commerce or finance graduate looking to build a strong foundation in corporate accounting.

Key Responsibilities

- Data Entry: Record daily financial transactions, including invoices, expenses, and payments, in the accounting software (Tally).
- Invoice Processing: Verify, clear, and process accounts payable (vendor invoices) and accounts receivable (customer billing).
- Bank Reconciliation: Match bank statements with internal ledgers to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Documentation: Maintain orderly physical and digital files for all financial records, vouchers,



and tax documents.
- Assistance: Support senior accountants in preparing monthly closings, financial reports, and tax filings (like GST or TDS, if applicable).

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B. Com), Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Software Skills: Basic knowledge of accounting software (Tally) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Core Concepts: Strong understanding of double-entry bookkeeping, journal entries, and basic accounting principles.
- Soft Skills: High attention to detail, good numerical ability, and strong communication skills.
