Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Manager to oversee the daily operations of our fitness center. The Sales Manager will be responsible for ensuring exceptional member experiences, driving membership growth, managing staff performance, and maintaining smooth facility operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the fitness center.

Lead, motivate, and supervise front desk staff, trainers, and support personnel.

Drive membership sales, renewals, and retention initiatives.

Ensure high standards of customer service and member satisfaction.

Handle member inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally.

Monitor club cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and safety standards.

Prepare staff schedules and oversee attendance and productivity.

Track revenue, expenses, and operational performance metrics.

Implement marketing and promotional activities to increase memberships.

Ensure compliance with company policies, health regulations, and safety procedures.

Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required.





Conduct staff training and performance evaluations.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or related field preferred.

1–5 years of experience in fitness center, hospitality, retail, or club management.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Sales and customer relationship management experience.

Basic knowledge of fitness industry operations and gym equipment.

Proficiency in MS Office and management software.

Preferred Skills

Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Goal-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Passion for fitness and wellness industry.
