Sales Manager – International Sales

Shift: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. BST (UK working hours) Mon to Sat

Salary: ₹40,000–₹50,000 per month, depending on experience

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive enrolments and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2C/B2B sales, team management, international calling, lead conversion and achieving sales targets. You should be confident managing a team, monitoring performance and supporting the team to achieve daily and monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

Manage, motivate and support the sales team to achieve targets.

Monitor daily calls, leads, follow-ups and conversions.

Set and track individual and team sales targets.

Handle international leads and support the team with effective sales strategies.

Review sales performance and identify areas for improvement.

Conduct regular team meetings, coaching and performance reviews.

Help team members improve their calling, follow-up and closing skills.

Monitor CRM activities and ensure all leads are properly updated.

Analyse sales reports and share regular performance updates with management.





Work closely with management to improve lead conversion and overall sales performance.

Handle escalated customer queries when required.

Ensure the team follows company sales processes and standards.

Requirements

5–10 years of experience in Sales, preferably with at least 2–3 years in a Sales Manager/Team Lead role.

Experience managing and motivating a sales team.

Strong experience in international sales and outbound calling in B2B and B2C.

Good understanding of lead generation, follow-ups and sales conversion.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Target-driven with a positive and proactive approach.

Good knowledge of CRM systems and sales reporting.

Comfortable working UK hours and with international customers.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
