Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Freight Broker to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidate will have experience in US Freight Brokerage, Logistics, International Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development, or International Calling.

Candidates with strong communication and sales skills who are willing to work in US shifts are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities with US-based clients.
- Generate leads through calls, emails, networking, and other business development activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers, carriers, and customers.
- Negotiate freight rates and close business deals.
- Manage the freight brokerage process from booking to delivery.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth shipment execution.
- Maintain regular communication with US clients and provide timely updates.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales/revenue targets.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and develop long-term business relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, shipments, and business activities.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience in US Freight Brokerage / International Logistics is preferred.
- Candidates with experience in International B2B Sales, Business Development, or International Calling can also apply.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Target-oriented with a focus on business development and revenue generation.
- Comfortable communicating with US-based clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in US shifts.

Preferred Skills

- US client-handling experience.
- Experience of Freight Brokerager Logistics.
- Experience in cold calling and lead generation.
- Strong sales closing and negotiation skills.
