About the Role

The 1970 Shop is looking for a customer-focused and tech-savvy Junior Customer Service Executive to manage customer queries across calls and chats, resolve concerns, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through calls and chats in a qualified and timely manner.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints and escalations effectively.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- Use customer service tools, systems, and technology-enabled solutions, including chatbots.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on pending issues.
- Ensure a positive customer experience through clear communication and effective problem-solving.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, customer support, or a customer-facing role.




- Experience handling a blended process (voice and non-voice).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable using customer support tools, systems, and technology-enabled platforms.
- Ability to handle escalations calmly and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
