About the Role

We are looking for an E-commerce Executive to manage day-to-day operations across Amazon, Flipkart, and other online marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in marketplace management, order processing, product listings, inventory coordination, and basic reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations for Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce marketplaces.
- Process and monitor online orders, including order confirmation, dispatch, and delivery status.
- Create, update, and maintain product listings, titles, descriptions, images, SKUs, pricing, and inventory.
- Monitor marketplace orders, cancellations, returns, replacements, and RTOs.
- Coordinate with the warehouse, dispatch, logistics, and internal teams for timely order processing.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate for stock updates and replenishment.
- Handle marketplace-related issues, tickets, and basic seller support queries.
- Track product performance, sales, returns, and order-related data.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly e-commerce reports.
- Ensure product information and pricing are accurate across marketplaces.




- Assist with promotions, offers, campaigns, and marketplace activities.
- Identify operational issues and coordinate with the relevant teams for resolution.
- Perform other e-commerce-related tasks as required.

Required Skills

- Hands-on knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Good understanding of e-commerce order and marketplace operations.
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Experience

- 2-4 years of experience in E-commerce / Marketplace Operations.
- Experience handling Amazon, Flipkart, or other marketplaces.
- Experience with order processing, catalogue management, inventory, returns, and seller support.
- Experience with e-commerce tools or ERP/order management systems will be an added advantage.
