We are seeking Laravel & Flutter Developer with a minimum of 3 plus years of skilled experience to design, develop, optimize, and maintain high-performance backend systems, web applications, RESTful APIs, and cross-platform mobile applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Laravel, PHP, MySQL/PostgreSQL, REST APIs, Redis, and Flutter/Dart, and be comfortable working across both backend and mobile application development.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development

- Build scalable, secure, and maintainable web applications using Laravel 10/11 and modern PHP standards.

- Develop reusable, clean, and testable PHP code following Laravel best practices.

- Implement business logic using Laravel services, repositories, jobs, events, and other appropriate design patterns.

Flutter Mobile App Development

- Design and develop cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS using Flutter and Dart.

- Build responsive and reusable Flutter UI components following modern mobile application design principles.

- Integrate Flutter applications with Laravel RESTful APIs.

- Implement authentication, API integration, local storage, push notifications, background tasks, and offline functionality.

- Work with Flutter packages and plugins for device features such as camera, GPS/location, notifications, barcode/QR scanning, Bluetooth/BLE, permissions, and file handling.

- Debug, optimize, and improve Flutter application performance.

- Manage different application environments such as development, staging, and production.

- Prepare and maintain Android/iOS builds and assist with Google Play Store and Apple App Store releases.

- Implement proper state management using solutions such as Provider, Riverpod, Bloc/Cubit, GetX, or equivalent.

API Architecture

- Design, develop, and document RESTful APIs for web and mobile applications.

- Implement secure API authentication using Laravel Sanctum or Passport.

- Handle API validation, authorization, error handling, pagination, filtering, and versioning.

- Ensure reliable communication between Flutter mobile applications and Laravel backend services.

Database Management

- Design and maintain optimized database schemas using MySQL or PostgreSQL.

- Create and manage Laravel migrations, seeders, factories, and database relationships.

- Write and optimize complex SQL queries and Eloquent ORM queries.





- Analyze and improve database performance using indexes and query optimization.

Background Processing

- Implement and manage Laravel Queues, Jobs, Scheduled Tasks, Events, and Listeners.

- Use Redis for queues, caching, and high-performance application requirements.

- Monitor and troubleshoot background jobs and scheduled processes.

Testing & Quality

- Write unit and feature tests using PHPUnit or Pest.

- Test APIs and mobile application functionality.

- Identify and resolve bugs across backend, web, and Flutter applications.

- Follow clean-code, code-review, and application-quality practices.

Version Control & Deployment

- Use Git/GitHub for source-code management and collaborative development.

- Manage PHP dependencies using Composer and Flutter dependencies using Pub.

- Work with Docker-based development and deployment environments.

- Assist with CI/CD pipelines and production deployments.

- Perform basic Linux server administration, application configuration, and troubleshooting.

- Strong understanding of Eloquent ORM and SQL.

- Experience working with Git-based development workflows.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred / Additional Skills

- Experience with Laravel multi-tenancy or SaaS applications.

- Experience with real-time technologies such as WebSockets, Laravel Reverb, or Socket.IO.

- Experience with Firebase services.

- Experience with Docker and cloud deployment.

- Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms.

- Experience integrating third-party APIs and payment gateways.

- Experience working with IoT/sensor data or real-time applications is an advantage.

- Knowledge of application performance monitoring and server optimization is a plus.
