We are looking for 4 hardworking and responsible candidates to join our plant at Masturi.

The selected candidates will be responsible for supporting day-to-day plant operations and assisting the production team.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in daily plant and production activities.
- Handle and move materials as instructed by the supervisor.
- Support loading and unloading activities.
- Assist the production team in routine operational work.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the work area.
- Follow instructions given by the supervisor and senior staff.
- Follow all plant safety rules and company procedures.
- Perform other general plant-related duties as assigned.
- Requirements
- Candidates should be physically fit and willing to work in a plant setting.




- Good discipline and a positive attitude. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Freshers are welcome to apply. Previous experience in a plant, factory, production, or warehouse environment will be an advantage.
- Salary & Benefits Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
- Full-time employment. Opportunity to gain experience in a plant/production environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
