Krishnaveni Talent School is looking for an experienced and dedicated Principal to lead our academic and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall functioning of the school
- Supervise, guide, and coordinate teaching and non-teaching staff
- Monitor academic performance and teaching standards
- Maintain student discipline and a positive school environment
- Coordinate examinations, timetables, events, and academic activities
- Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, students, and management
- Support staff development and improve overall school performance
- Work closely with management on school growth and development
Candidate Requirements
- 5+ years of school experience, preferably in a leadership/administrative role
- B.Ed./M.Ed. or relevant educational qualification preferred
- Solid leadership and communication skills
- Good knowledge of school administration and academics
- Ability to manage and motivate staff
- Responsible, disciplined, approachable, and proactive
