Position: Restaurant Captain

Department: Food & Beverage / Restaurant Service

Reports to: Restaurant Manager / F&B; Manager

Responsibilities

- Greet and seat guests in a warm, professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and recommend menu items when needed.
- Supervise service staff and ensure tables are served properly and on time.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth order delivery.
- Handle guest questions, special requests, and complaints promptly.
- Present bills, process payments, and close checks correctly.
- Maintain cleanliness, table settings, and overall service standards.
- Train, guide, and support junior service staff.
- Monitor stock, service equipment, and daily service readiness.

Skills Required

- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Leadership and team coordination ability.
- Good knowledge of menu items, service standards, and billing procedures.
- Ability to stay calm and solve guest issues professionally.
- Basic inventory and restaurant operations knowledge

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
